What’s a frame?
One frame makes one finished picture of one product on one model. Pictures that don’t come through, Fix a spot tries and free reshoots don’t use a frame. Frames are your allowance; the pictures you make are kept separately, for as long as your account is open.
What’s a team retouch?
If a picture needs more than Fix a spot can do, send it to us and a person retouches it by hand, usually within one business day. Each plan includes some; after that they’re $5 each.
Do unused frames carry over?
Yes. Unused frames and team retouches roll over every month, and stay on your account for 12 months after your most recent payment, even if you cancel. We email you 30 days before any expire.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime, for any reason. An upgrade starts right away: you pay the difference for this month and get the extra pictures now. A downgrade or a cancellation starts at your next billing date, and the pictures you already paid for stay yours for 12 months after your last payment.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for the year upfront and save 10%. All 12 months of frames and team retouches are added the day you pay, and they last 12 months. We email you before the plan renews. If you cancel, next year isn’t charged; the year you paid for isn’t refunded.
What happens after the free trial?
Trial frames last 3 months. You choose a plan when you’re ready, and nothing is charged until you do. An account that never picks a plan is closed after 6 months, and we email you 14 days before with a link to download your pictures.
Does it cost more for sheer, swim or intimates?
No. One price per picture, whatever the garment. Marju is built for the pieces other tools turn away.
